What's the plan?
Developing a strategic plan for your organisation is one of the most effective ways to achieve your mission. A strategic plan extends your mission into easy-to-track, measurable projects and goals.
Your strategic plan defines where your organisation wants to go and outlines how to get there. As factors change along the way, your strategic plan should be consulted or adjusted, making it a valuable guide for your nonprofit’s operations.
Most organisations try to shoe-horn in a business strategy or a version of a business strategy, forgetting that it's a small group of volunteers that have to run with it, and usually with high turnover of staff. We will be running over the 666 strategy (6 weeks, 6 months, 6 years) and how it may work for your organisation.
