Memberships - where do I begin?

Memberships are often misunderstood, poorly executed, difficult to administer (or all of the above!) Organisations are working with grandfathered membership levels that are tedious to maintain, or simply don't have a clear understanding of the power of well-executed memberships.

In this session we will work through the value your memberships bring to your members, think through your membership levels and how to simplify them, and finally how TidyHQ Memberships features can enhance this:

• Establishing a membership level

• Family memberships

• Contact ID/membership numbers

• Membership reporting

• Smart Groups

Hosted by TidyHQ Founder and CEO, Isaak Dury.
